What is your policy on broken boutique items? TOP
Silly Frilly Kids' Boutique guarantees that your boutique items will arrive to you in excellent condition! If something arrives damaged, please contact us.
We use high quality glues and threads to assemble everything we make, but the boutique items may not hold up if played with or handled roughly. Please remember that they are fashion accessories, not toys. We will not replace boutique items broken during use. What is your policy on broken boutique clothing? TOP

We use high quality threads and fabrics to assemble everything we make. Boutique clothing will hold up well under normal wearing conditions, but extreme play may cause wear and tear. Most boutique outfits can be washed in the same loads as other children clothing. We include washing instructions with every boutique outfit we ship. We will not replace boutique outfits ruined during use. Can I change how my ribbon doll looks? TOP
Most of our clippies have a number of options that can be changed, such as hair color, skin tone, and outfit color. If there's a change you want that isn't provided on the order page, please contact us!
There are so many options for customizing the ribbon dolls, but I just want mine to look like the one in the picture! How do I tell it that? TOP
If you want your ribbon doll to look like the one in the picture, just don't change any of the options. The default options on each ribbon doll's page are the same as the ones in the picture. No change means you want your ribbon doll as pictured!
